    An Overview of the Reports

    This article provides readers with an in-depth look at the various reports and their importance.

    The reports page displays detailed records of all calls that are passed through the system.


    The reports page displays the records with the following details;

    'From' - Extension or number the call was made from

    'To' - Extension or number the call was made to

    'Date/Time' - Date and Time when the call was made

    'Duration' - The duration in hours:minutes format

    'Status' - Depending on whether a call was answered, this field may have the following content;

    - Answered

    - Not Answered

    - Busy

    - Error


    The reports page displays detailed records of all calls that have been made on the system.

    Firstly, we can modify our searches by clicking on the magnifying glass which will open more options.

    You can also enter the extension in the ‘To’ and ‘From’ fields, along with any of the numbers that you wish to search. Within the new options, you can select the date the call was made, along with the time.

    You can also search the calls from the system by the status of the call. These are Answered, Not Answered, Busy or Error.
