The following guide is for configuring a Yealink W73P / W73B with a VoIPOffice extension.
You will need:
- The VoIPOffice IP address – e.g. '77.240.xxx.xxx'
- The Extension number – e.g. '1001'
- The extension password/secret (can be found by going to the edit mode of that specific extension, see the screenshot below)
Configuring Yealink W73P / W73B
- Connect the base station power using supplied power adapter and the network cable. Please wait for it to boot up.
- Insert the battery into the handset and press Power Key '
' on the handset to power it up.
- Press Paging Key '
' on the base station. All the handset that registered to this base station will ring simultaneously and the screen will display the IP address of the base station.
- Enter the IP address found in Step 3 into a web browser on a local PC.
- Login using your set credentials or using default credentials:
Username: admin
Password: admin

Select 'Account' from the sections on the left then 'Register'

Select the account you wish to configure. For this example it is 'Account 1' from the drop down list.
- The following settings need to be set:
Line Active: ON
Label: <<VoIPOffice Extension>>
Display Name: <<VoIPOffice Extension>>
Register Name: <<VoIPOffice Extension>>
Username: <<VoIPOffice Extension>>
Password: <<VoIPOffice Extension Password ( Secret) >>
Server Host: <<VoIPOffice IP>>

Click 'Confirm' to save settings
- Under the configured account, 'Registered' should be shown.
- Congratulations! Your phone should now be configured
