To Submit a ticket
- From the home page of our Help Center, click on the MY TICKETS icon which is the last icon in the list.
- You are now on the My activities page which will display all your previously submitted tickets. Click the Submit a request button which is just below the "My requests" heading.
- On the first screen, choose the most applicable option from the dropdown list.
- Fill in a description for the symptoms you are experiencing or the details of your request. Please also provide the name of the person we should contact in respect to this request and a phone number for them.
- Select the most appropriate Type of Issue from the list provided. This value is used to automatic route the issue to the best person to assist you.
- There is a space to give optional details of any specific device that this issue relates to and you can attach files up to 20mb in size.
- Click the Submit button
