    When dialling an IVR or Interactive Voice Menu, it does not recognise the digits I input

    Find out what steps to take when your IVR doesn't accept the digits that you input.

    This is probably due to the DTMF settings on your SIP device. It may be sending the wrong tones and the system will not recognise them. There should be a setting in the configuration of your SIP device to select the DTMF mode; set this to RTF (RFC2833). If this is already selected, then try SIP INFO.
