How do check if my VoIPtalk account is configured correctly
- check that your IP phone or soft phone is showing “Registered” or similar. If you are seeing “Not Registered” then you have not successfully registered.
- dial 902 and verify that you receive the confirmation message. If you do not hear an audio message or you get a busy tone then your device hasn’t been configured correctly. Re-check your configuration before raising a support ticket with our team.
