    How can I switch my inbound routing?

    Discover the steps to efficiently manage your inbound routing, ensuring your customers get the right response.

    1. Login though the Orbtalk website to access the portal.

    2. Under 'Manage Numbers' click the 'cog' to access the setup details for your trunk.

    3. At the bottom of the webpage it will say 'To switch to compatibility with phone systems, please click here.' Click 'here'.

    4. Click the drop down box and select 'Yes, I want to switch my inbound routing'.
