VoIPtalk IDs are unique numbers which existing within your account and are used in configuring your VoIP devices. They are commonly referred to as SIP IDs.
In order to make outbound calls you will need to have a balance (or balance credit limit) on each VoIPtalk id. For receiving calls each telephone number will need to be associated with a VoIPtalk ID.
When logging support enquiries please ensure that you always reference your VoIPtalk ID.
