How do I upgrade or downgrade my service?
To upgrade, go to our VoIP services pages and click on the package you wish to upgrade to. Follow the instructions given on the 'Sign up now' section of the page.
To downgrade a Prepay Silver or higher subscription you would need to send an email to email@example.com with your VoIP ID stating which subscriptions you want to change. Business customers should contact their account manager. Please note that we require 30 days’ notice when cancelling a subscription.
