    I have enabled call divert, but the calls are not going to the phone I specified.

    This article will guide users through setting up and fixing any issues with call divert, ensuring that calls are sent to the desired phone.

    Ensure that you have entered an 11 digit phone number to which you want your calls diverted (area code + phone number). If the number you entered is a long distance number you will have to enter the country code too. Long distance charges would apply.
