    Transferring a DID to a new trunk on Wholesale Portal

    Learn step-by-step how to transfer and manage DIDs on the Wholesale Portal.

    • Log into the Wholesale portal and log into the Trunk details.


    • Edit the DID you wish to move.


    • Click 'Transfer' on the left side menu and the 'To' and 'From' fields should appear. 'From' should already contain the current Trunk ID. Enter the Trunk you wish to move the number in the 'To' field and click 'Transfer'.
