    How can we access our voice mailbox remotely on VoIPOffice?

    Find out how to access your voicemail remotely while using VoIPOffice.

    • You can use IVR (or auto-attendant) to do that.
    • Navigate to IVR and set one of the options to 'Remote access: Voicemail'.
    • Then, when you enter number that you configured on the IVR, you will be asked for extension number and PIN. After that you will be able to check your voicemail and change voicemail settings.
