    Phone ports needed and disabling SIP ALG

    Learn how to install and configure phone ports, as well as understand the importance of disabling SIP ALG on routers.

    Ports for phones and Disabling SIP ALG

    IMPORTANT ports to advise for QoS to Customers:

    Polycom IP335 UDP and RTP default ports:

    Registration Ports: UDP 5060-5090

    Media Ports: UDP 2200-2300

    Check this within the phones web configuration page under settings - > network -> UDP and RTP. Then setup a QOS rule to both.
