    An Overview of the Monitor

    This article offers comprehensive coverage of the features, functions and applications of the Monitor.

    The Monitoring window allows you to monitor all of your system's extensions.

    Here you can see what extensions are online and also their IP address they're using. Also, you can see the (ms) response times of the phones and what phones they're using.

    Also on the monitor screen, you can see if the agent is on a call! There will be a tick when the agent is on a call.
