    Problems accessing your VoIP account

    If you are having trouble logging into your VoIPtalk or Red account or any of our other portals then please try the following steps:

    1) try resetting your password

    If you have not received your password within 5 minutes then check your Junk Email (on Microsoft Outlook) or Spam (on Gmail) folders as passwords reported as not received are usually in folders such as these. 

    If your password was found in one of the folders above then please use options on your email client such as Report as Not Spam or Mark as Not Spam (if you are using Outlook) to ensure that future emails arrive in your Inbox.

    2) If you are unable to find your email address using the above advice, then it is likely that your account has been blocked. The most likely reason for this is if there has been no activity with your account (on VoIPtalk and Red services) for a period of 6 months or longer. In this case please use our online web chat or contact us to get this resolved.
