    How can I change my account or payment details?

    For all changes, log into your voiptalk.org account. To change details such as your address, select “edit my address” and enter the new details. Then select “make primary” and if required, delete the old address.

    To change credit/debit card details for a recurring payment online, select 'Manage my subscriptions'. If your payment fails owing to wrong credit card details, you will be sent an email with a link that will enable you to renew/change your details. Alternatively you have to make a new payment with your new details. VoIPtalk does not store credit card details.
