    I am on Prepay Silver. Should I wish to downgrade the service, what should I do?

    To downgrade a Prepay Silver subscription you would need to send an email to customerservices@telappliant.com with your VoIPtalk ID stating which subscriptions you want to change. Please note that we require 30 days notice when cancelling a subscription.
